Please arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient Form.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will start by going over your medical and dental history, then do a full check-up.
This includes taking a close look at your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw, checking for signs of oral cancer, and taking any necessary X-rays to get a complete picture of your oral health.
Treatment Plan
After reviewing your exam and medical history, your dentist will put together a personalized treatment plan just for you.
They’ll also take the time to answer any questions you have and go over your options so you feel confident about your care.

Insurance Claims

Payment Methods
The full treatment cost (or the patient portion if direct-billing to your insurance) must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.
